Rolled oats

Oats are among the healthiest grains on Earth. They're gluten-free and a great source of fibre, minerals and anti-oxidants. Their one of the best sources of fermentable fibres.

Spelt

Spelt (an ancient grain) is a great alternative to wheat and is known as a heart heath grain. It has a mild nutty flavour, and it provides iron, magnesium, and zinc.

Barley

Barley rich source of fibre and minerals including copper. Contains lignans (specific antioxidant linked to reducing risk of heart disease). An excellent fermentable fibre.

Brown Rice

Brown rice is an underestimated whole grain with a low glycemic index. It contains antioxidants, and offers an enzyme superoxide dismutase.

Garlic

Yes, garlic! Garlic has properties of antiseptic, antibiotic, antifungal, and antimicrobial. It can be used as an anthelmintic (de-worming agent). In small quantities, garlic is amazing.
